Our Verdict

MPOWERD’s Luci Solar Inflatable Base Light is a great concept well executed. The collapsible feature makes it much more packable taking up less room in your rucksack or less to bounce around if hanging on the outside soaking up the sun. A few quick breaths and its inflated with up to 300 lumens of soft ambient light at your disposal. There are 3 levels of brightness and the obligatory flashing light.

A great advantage of this solar powered lantern is the 2 way USB port allowing you to charge up other devices. Straps are provided on both ends of the lantern for hanging up and the light is waterproof as well.
